Franz leads the Asset Protection business unit, supported by an experienced, professional leadership team.

Franz manages all Corporate Protection Australia Security and Asset Protection contracts across maritime, mining, oil & gas sectors, and critical infrastructure facilities, and an expert regarding issue motivated group and industrial dispute management.

Franz has been an integral member of Corporate Protection since 2014 bringing to the group a vast array of previous corporate and law enforcement experience.

Franz’ career includes 25 years in the NSW Police Force as a Commissioned Officer, police commander and Detective in major crime investigations, including deployments to the Australian Federal Police as the National Coordinator of the Joint Airport Investigation Teams across Australian counter terrorism ports.

Franz is the recipient of the Australian Leadership Award for work across a spectrum of Australian life; the National Medal, 1^st and 2^nd Clasp to the NSW Police Medal, Police Commissioner’s Citation for tactical security operations during the Sydney Olympics 2000 and Commendation for dignitary protection operational duties during APEC 2007.
