Two Australian owned companies have joined forces to become the nation’s leading provider of private medical and emergency services.

Specialist protection organisation, Corporate Protection Australia Group (CPA Group) has partnered with medical and emergency services supplier, Hard Hat Health (HHH).

CPA Group has a long history of providing premium human and asset protection solutions to the mining, oil and gas, maritime and critical infrastructure industries.

HHH delivers medical and emergency staffing solutions to the mining, oil and gas and infrastructure sectors and the government.

HHH will significantly bolster CPA Group’s medical division, which provides a range of emergency services including first aid, paramedics, nurses, allied health, consumables, emergency response teams, drug and alcohol testing, clinical audits and rehabilitation planning in Australia and South East Asia.

CPA Group Executive Chairman Harley Sparke said the deal followed four months of negotiations.

“HHH is a fantastic organisation who share our vision of growth and the opportunity to deliver innovative emergency response solutions to our clients,” Mr Sparke said.

“The entire industry will benefit from our decision. We will take CPA Group’s cutting edge ideas and practices and combine them with HHH’s expertise.

“Both companies have been at the forefront of the private emergency services industry, together we’ll identify growth opportunities in Australia and internationally,” Mr Sparke said.

HHH Managing Director, John Jessup and Medical Director Dr Scott Wilkinson will join the CPA Group’s senior management team.

CPA Group also provides security, safety, education and training, industrial dispute management, fire and rescue and related equipment and consultancy services to a range of clients.
