Supporting our Defence Personnel – Recognition from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs
by Chelsea Ardley
Corporate Protection has always been an employer of former Australian Service personnel, recognising the unique skills, leadership and training of those who have served Australia.
Today we have many ex-Defence Force employees who have successfully transitioned into the private sector and are now contributing to the CP group service across our sites.
With around 5,000 Australians leaving the Australian Defence force each year, and understanding the unique skills and attributes that ex-service personnel and family members can bring to us, it actually makes good business sense to pursue greater Defence personnel participation and inclusion into the CP group family.
Corporate Protection Pty Ltd recently joined the Veteran Employment Commitment to publicly declare our commitment to employing Australia’s veterans and creating an environment where they can perform at their best.
We have been assessed and recognised by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs as a Veteran Employment Supporter.

Our profile is now available on the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veterans Employment website – this will allow potential veteran recruits to find us and includes a link to our website.
