Farewell & Congratulations to Connor Lewis

At Corporate Protection Australia (CPA), we recognise that our people are the foundation of our success. Their professionalism, commitment, and expertise enable us to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities every day. Today, we would like to recognise and celebrate the contributions of Connor Lewis as he embarks on an exciting new chapter in his career.
Over the course of his time with CPA, Connor has been an integral member of the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) team, serving as Deputy Port Facility Security Officer (Deputy PFSO) and Security Supervisor. In these roles, Connor consistently demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety, security, and operational excellence.
Throughout his tenure, Connor played a key role in supporting daily security operations, site compliance activities, incident management processes, client engagement, and operational improvement initiatives. His strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to support colleagues made him a highly valued member of both the DBCT operation and the wider CPA team.
Beyond his technical capabilities, Connor was known for his ability to build positive working relationships and foster collaboration across all levels of the operation. Whether coordinating with stakeholders, assisting with site initiatives, responding to operational challenges, or mentoring and supporting fellow team members, Connor consistently approached every task with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Connor’s contribution and leadership were also recognised by DBCT stakeholders. Through his involvement in key security, operational, and project-related communications, he earned the trust and confidence of both client representatives and colleagues alike. His operational knowledge, sound judgement, and commitment to maintaining high standards played an important role in supporting the continued success of the DBCT contract.
Throughout his time with CPA, Connor exemplified the values that underpin our organisation: professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His dedication not only strengthened operational outcomes but also helped create a positive and supportive workplace culture for those around him.
