Major new initiative in workforce professional development

As a major employer of professional staff including security, medical and fire & rescue teams, we understand that professionals are driven to improve their skills and are on a constant growth journey.
Through the CP Academy, we offer short skill courses such as Customer Service, Incident Report Writing, Dress & Bearing, Managing Conflict and many others. We have a major initiative in developing our Supervisor cohort, with our Lead With Confidence program offered to 20 staff per annum building capabilities at site and projecting the Corporate Protecting values across the region.
Recently, we made the decision to offer, free-of-charge, accredited training in First Aid and CPR. This offer has been made to all employees.
This is an obvious benefit to our workforce. For Corporate Protection, it enhances the emergency response capability of our team, and we have seen many times the impact that these investments have on attracting and retaining quality staff.
