Corporate Protection International (CPI)

Corporate Protection International (CPI) was established in 2007 as a result of direct interest from the international market to provide an extensive range of international corporate protection services including induction, medical, emergency response, security, training and consultancy throughout Southeast Asia and the Pacific rim.

CPI works closely with its clients to align its business practices with the cultures and values of the countries and peoples where it operates.

CPI has pioneered an integrated and diversified approach to Security, Medical and Fire and Rescue Services underpinned and delivered through certified and advanced, internationally recognised training programmes and specialist consulting.

CPI has established a branch office in Kuala Lumpur to further support its international operations.

CPI has provided consultancy services throughout Asia Pacific to a global manufacturing organisation as Regional Security Advisors. Areas managed included Japan, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, East Timor, Pacific Islands, Cook Islands, Australia and New Zealand.

CPI was appointed as the international security consultant and facilitator reporting to the Provincial Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) Bali. The primary mission of Bali PEMA is to ensure safety, wellbeing, and protection of the residing population, visitors and property from all hazards, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters.

CPA Group senior management have many years’ experience in the provision of medical services at remote locations in PNG including Ok Tedi, Hidden Valley, Wafi-Golpu, Lihir and Bougainville. Further, CPI was approached by Leightons PNG to undertake and deliver a threat assessment and security report for teams deploying to the PNG LNG Project. Our task greatly assisted Leightons PNG during the feasibility stage of the project, allowing them to safely deploy staff to begin construction of their site workers camp and civil construction of the project.

Following the series of earthquakes impacting Christchurch, New Zealand in 2010 – 2011; CPI was contracted by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission (NZEC) to provide authorised assessors and escorts to assist in the rebuilding phase.
