The widespread use of teleconference technology has become a part of our daily life during the COVID crisis. From keeping in touch with family during lockdowns  or global climate conferences involving world leaders, platforms like Zoom, Skype and Teams are now so familiar to us all.

Tuesday 27th April 2021 was a milestone in CPA ‘s 24 history – our fist, company-wide video conference to which all 600 staff were invited. This was the first time that Head Office and over 75 operational sites across Australia and overseas could all join in a single meeting.

There was an opportunity for our remotely located staff to see and hear from our senior executive and to hear updates on our business – now and into the future. There was also an opportunity for staff to send in questions and comments.

For those who missed the event, keep an eye out for the next one – we will be holding these on a quarterly basis as part of our drive to improve communication from site to site and from site to Head Office.

The success of these Town Hall meetings will be measured by how effective they are as a communication tool, we want to hear your opinions, what you want to hear about and how better we can make you feel a valued part of the CPA team.
