Australian National Flag Day

Today in Brisbane, and across our country, the Australian National Flag ( ANF) celebrated its 122 year Birthday.
Although the birthday officially falls on the 3rd Sep, this Sunday – Father’s Day, the Official Celebrations took place today.
Representing Corporate Protection were: Dave & Lorraine, our Veterans and Indigenous Ambassadors, who are both life members of the, National Flag Association.
Did you know: Our ANF is the only National Flag in the world, that was designed by members of the public?
Did you know: That the Australian Army is the custodian of the ANF?
Did you know: Our ANF, still to this day is, raised daily in Villers-Bretonneux, France each day, in memory of the thousands of Australian lives lost, during t he liberation of that village in 1917, during WW1.
