EOS is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that we are using to systematically and permanently improve. We are using the system to ensure everyone in our team is 100% on the same page with where we’re going, and how we plan to get there – instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes on our vision—all the time.

On any particular day, you will find a CPA Group team meeting and working together to report on performance against agreed KPIs, advise on progress against committed targets (rocks) to ensure we meet objectives over the longer term (from 1 year to 10 years).

We use these forums to identify and discuss issues, and most importantly to agree solutions, accompanied by a series of tasks which are assigned to individuals who are held accountable to complete each action.
